1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to OmniForge Studio. By accessing or using our website (omniforgestudio.com) and utilizing our software products, utilities, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our software applications.
2. Studio Services & Web Utilities
OmniForge Studio develops, maintains, and distributes software applications, desktop utilities, and web-based tools (including LofiForge). We grant you permission to use our online utilities for personal, educational, or professional productivity purposes, subject to these terms and fair usage principles.
3. End User License Agreement (EULA) for CatchSpace
This section constitutes the legally binding End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and OmniForge Studio governing your acquisition, installation, and use of our downloadable desktop software application CatchSpace (including the executable binary CatchSpace.exe and associated documentation).
3.1 Grant of License
OmniForge Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, limited license to download, install, and execute CatchSpace on personal computers running compatible Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11) for personal, academic, or internal business productivity purposes.
3.2 Client-Side Integrity & Privacy Warranty
CatchSpace is engineered as a local-first desktop application. OmniForge Studio warrants that CatchSpace runs entirely client-side on your device. To provide persistent shelf functionality across system restarts, CatchSpace saves your active shelf items (file paths, snippet strings, and URLs) strictly on your local computer in your local user directory (%APPDATA%\CatchSpace\catchspace_data.json). The software does not inspect, read, transmit, or upload your files, drag-and-drop items, or clipboard data to any remote servers, cloud infrastructure, or external parties. Additionally, CatchSpace provides an optional Windows Startup registration toggleable via the system tray menu to ensure immediate availability upon system boot.
3.3 Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
You expressly agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of CatchSpace.exe; (b) sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software binary without prior written authorization from OmniForge Studio; (c) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the software; or (d) bundle the executable with unauthorized third-party installers, adware, or malware.
3.4 Disclaimer of Warranties
CatchSpace and all associated deliverables are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniForge Studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that CatchSpace will meet your specific requirements, operate error-free or uninterrupted, or be compatible with all future operating system updates.
3.5 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OmniForge Studio, its developers, contributors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of business profits, computer malfunction, system downtime, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use CatchSpace or our website, even if OmniForge Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
All content, source code, visual interfaces, graphics, brand trademarks, logos, audio assets, and software programs provided by OmniForge Studio—including but not limited to OmniForge Studio, CatchSpace, and LofiForge—are the exclusive intellectual property of OmniForge Studio and are protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and software only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our website, inject malicious code, overload our infrastructure, or use automated scrapers without explicit consent.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and the EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws applicable to OmniForge Studio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
